Beth Temple-Holmes, founder of The Healthy Spirit (formerly InSpirit Life Coaching), has been a registered nurse since 1990, specializing in high risk perinatal nursing. Having completed her Life Coach training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in May 2008, Beth is a non-judgmental, empathetic listener who forges trusting relationships with her Clients. She allows her Clients to set the tone for each session and is respectful of their needs and goals. She meets her Clients where they are currently in their lives and assists them in defining their goals and overcoming whatever may be standing in the way of living the life they desire. Prior to each coaching session with Beth, you will be given the opportunity to center yourself by using visualization, meditation or prayer, whichever is your choice. Alternatively, you may choose to jump right into to your session. Beth’s approach to coaching is one of Spirit-directed, intuitive listening and questioning. She will gently guide you to the answers you have always had, but may not have realized. Together with her Client, Beth will assist in co-creating an opportunity for change, growth and transformation in the Client’s life.
In addition to being a Life Coach, Beth is also a certified Pet Loss Counselor, having obtained her training through the Association of Pet Loss and Bereavement. If you are suffering with the unique pain of losing a beloved animal companion, Beth will offer guidance and suggestions for helping you cope with your pain. Beth is someone who understands, and she can help you.
"Keep your thoughts positive
because your thoughts become your words.
Keep your words positive because your words become
your behaviors.
Keep your behaviors positive because your behaviors
become your habits.
Keep your habits positive because your habits become
your values.
Keep your values positive because your values become
your destiny" -
